K.I.S.S (Keep It Simple Stupid) lunges, squats, deadlifts, hip thrusters etc. use a challenging weight, keep the intensity up, and keep training consistently over a long period of time while eating more than you burn. I'm so happy to see my progress and even though I have only started eating better the past 8 months my workouts have been way more effective because now I actually can fuel myself and make proper gains. Some AM thoughts and other randoms.... Only been 2 weeks and already missing Miami. Also I don’t share much about me on here, this week I will a little in each post. Here’s a couple things you might not know... 1. I grew up in Wellington, Fl 2. I went vegan 6yrs ago 3. I’m completely natural, nothing about my body or life is fake 4.
